Terin’s Smart Weigh does its best to provide you with a superior product and deliver it to you in a timely manner. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email from Terin.  The next email you receive informs you the order has been shipped.  We receive, but do not process orders on weekends or holidays.  Products are normally shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed and should be received no later than 5 days after that. If you have not received your product in 7 days after being notified of shipment, please email us using the Contact Us button on the site menu above.  We will respond within 24 hours or the next business day if a weekend or holiday.

We realize there may be times you decide after the fact that this is not what you want.  If that is the case, our return policy is:If there is a problem with your shipment, or you decide you don’t want the product, please email us at: info@terinssmartweigh.com and explain the nature of the problem and we will work with you to find a resolution.

We will accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. This means the outer cap must not have been removed on a capsule bottle, or the plastic seal removed from the liquid diet drops bottle. Once the product has been returned and examined, it will be restocked and your money will be refunded. You are responsible for paying postage for the return and there is a $1.50 restocking fee. Postage is not refundable.

If the product has been opened, damaged or used we do not offer any type of refund in those situations.

We do ask that you take care in filling out the order form when you purchase a product. We have had instances of customers in a hurry inadvertently entering their address incorrectly. Packages marked with bad addresses are generally returned.
